MLH-Forms Technical Issue
Starting approximately 10:28 PM on Saturday July 12th to 12:17 PM on Tuesday, July 15, MLH's MLH-Forms platform experienced a technical issue that caused documents from some users to be attached to documents from other users of that tool. Reports appear to indicate that documents were only impacted during a shorter time frame, starting Monday evening July 14, but we are including this wider time frame out of an abundance of caution. If you used the MLH-Forms platform: the Personal Protection Order (PPO), Motion to Change Domicile, Response to a Motion for Change of Domicile, Motion regarding Child Support, Security Deposit Letter to Landlord, or Fee Waiver Request tools during this time frame, you may have been impacted. The impacted PPO tool was removed at 10:53 AM on Tuesday, July 15, so PPOs that were completed after that time should be unaffected.
If you filed your documents, you may want to contact the court to make sure the correct documents were filed. You can also fill out the tool again to ensure all documents are correct.
MLH takes very seriously the trust that people put in its resources and tools and understands that this incident could impact that trust. As soon as MLH was made aware of the issue, it worked to mitigate the situation. It is working to ensure that systems are put in place to prevent a similar incident from occurring.
